Front Desk was horrible service. Very disrespectful employees. Waiting was around 1 hr after mi appt time. Never received my second Covid results. I called them but nothing. Conclusion....don't go there!!!!

They lost my COVID-19 test and had to cancel my TRIP!!!!! Was supposed to get my results within 72 hours had it done on 11-9-2020 to be on the safe side and they screw up BIG time very Dissatisfied.

The location in Brandon was dirty. There were empty hand sanitizer on the table. I went to the reception desk and let them know that it was empty they acted like I was bothering them they didn’t bother to fillet they just said use theirs behind the counter very unprofessional. Call I had a 630 appointment I got there at 6:15 I was seen at 7:20 and it’s 725 I left. Made no sense for me to make an appointment if I had to wait over an hour. Florida Ortho put in an order for me to do a recheck Urine Analysis, the day I was to the Preop Covid at the TGH Urgent Care. The previous UA was + for Bacteria. I was told by the Urgent Care "We don't do urine analysis here". I told them that Dr Bernasek's office put in an order for it. I used to be a Medical Director of an Urgent Care in Lutz. i fractured my arm. the wrap was too tight. my hand became swollen & purple. i had to return the next day for a re-wrap. i understand that can happen but i feel like the circulation should have been checked. my biggest complaint is your "referral" process - which honestly there isn't one. the poor girl that has that job has a mailbox that is so full you can't leave a message. i called multiple days every fifteen minutes & could never get through until five days after my visit.

I followed up with an orthopedic, and my injury was more serious than the diagnosis. I am getting surgery to fix the problem.

Absolutely horrible, dont even want to give it one star. Two weeks ago went for covid testing for my daughter. Was told I would have the results in 2 to 5 days. Called then on the 3rd day to follow up and was told the results would be in the next day. Great, so I called the very next day and there was nothing. Been calling every day since and each time on hold for over an hour and NO ONE would answer the phone..shocking. Two hour wait for a COVID-19 test. I requested the molecular test due to the nature of my job and my kid medical conditions and they did the quick swab instead. I would never go to that place if I was sick or had a medical need.
