Fast Track Urgent Care Center is committed to delivering after hours care in a comfortable, clinic setting. Unlike an emergency clinic or an emergency room, our office is focused on the patient experience in addition to the immediate care that is needed. While we see the lacerations, cuts, colds, sinus infections, strep throats, and broken bones that can get in the way of everyday living, we do so in an environment designed around the patient. By pairing the walk-in convenience of the ER with a friendly staff, we have create... read more

When I called to get an appointment to be tested for Covid ,after answering a series of questions I was told I did not qualify to be tested. I called my TGH PCP and answered many of the same questions and they said I absolutely needed to be tested and sent me to this clinic. I had an appointment at one. I sat for an hour and a half in a hot stuffy waiting room with music blaring (which only made my pounding headache worse). I was very sick and I’m pretty sure I even blacked out as I was sitting in my chair. There was another... read more
I’m a registered nurse and what they provided did not work I. Went home a soaked my thumb in Epsom salts and took Advil and my wound is still draining
The clinic is spacious and I felt very safe. The admitting office personnel was very professional and gave a detailed explanation on the documents I needed to sign. The prep nurse was also very professional. At the operating room, the nurses gave me a blanket due to i was cold and explained what they were going to do and about the anesthesia. Then, the next thing I remember was waking up on the recovery room. One issue I found was that I was not explained fully what the doctor said about the surgery. I was told the doctor ... read more
I was told indifferently the wait would be a little over one hour. I waited approximately 2.5 hours listening to very loud rock music before seeing an APP. Music was so loud, I had to ask the receptionist a couple times to repeat herself (probably their favorite channel). They seemed oblivious. Sorry, couldn't see the names of 2 receptionists In contrast, the APP was very professional and did a thorough job. I will never go back to this Brandon TGH Urgent care.

Disappointed and upset that my son's prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. His infection will have to wait. I will not go back to this place.
If you are under age 65, can not breathe and but have chills a fever and diarrhea. You can not get a covid test here. I dis not "qualify" and was preferred to hillsborough county drive thru testing which is a hoax, I qualify but can not get an appointment until next Tuesday! Which then it takes 10-14 days to get the results?! Wow! Thanks Florida, yall be careful out here there is no tests, no cure, no care
I would give no stars if there were a rating as such. We were kept waiting for well over a hour before we were told that they would be unable to give us the care we needed. Subsequently we had to go to the Brandon ER on Palm River Road where we received outstanding care. We were they only patients there at the time and would hate to think how they would perform under more trying circumstances.
Called an ambulance for me within five minutes of me arriving at Urgent Care. I couldn’t breathe, BP was 200/115. No fever but she said my skin color was grey and alarmed her as to the condition I was in and I feel she made the best decision to send me to the hospital. Turns out I have congestive heart failure, lungs had lots of fluid in them and I needed to be put on Oxygen. Oh he’s when I arrived at Urgent Care my Os level was very low too. I stayed in Brandon Hospital for 4 days and lost 8 1/2 lbs of fluid from lungs but... read more
