I went to the clinic without explaining they send me to another. Clinic to be tested for coronavirus on that they not explaining nothing .. I told them that I work in a pharmacy and I have small kids in my household and do I need to be Quarantine and they never said anything.. I went to work today and they told to go home and rest cause I was coughing

It took too much time for the PA to see us. In the meanwhile, me and my wife were exposed to the virus in the waiting room for over an hour. We would have preferred to wait in our car and receive a phone call when our turn came. However, receptionist said, you will be called in a minute. Then, it took another 30 mins until we were actually called in by PA. In the meanwhile, we had to wait in waiting room/lobby, thereby increasing risk of exposure to China virus. Due 2 my age and health I was told by dr go there. I tht I was in a regular dr clinic. Due 2 how the place is set up. I only wanted to make sure my lungs were ok but I was sent there . Being sick I was not thinking good. I was not in fear having virus,dr was. Well before I was called after a good hour there was a lady in there coughing and the mask is surgical that does nothing. I made an appointment prior to coming in and still had to wait almost an hour . The sign said to put a mask on but was not offered;Had to ask. The staff behind the desk was not masked My husband gave information when he called and it wasn’t notated but the first thing asked was “do I have insurance “ not my symptoms in these stressful times, a little compassion is needed, not greed. The medical professional I saw was wonderful. Answered all my concerns and explained the process.

What I originally thought was a good experience getting test for the Corona virus turned out to be a negative and disappointing experience . I was informed by the patient portal that my test was mislabeled and being sent back to your facility. I called your facility and no one could give me a straight or accurate account of what took place. They simply told me it was being corrected and I'd lnow the results within ten days. I went to Riverview TGH Urgent clinic for a prolong cough since the beginning of March. I consulted a teledoc physician he got be cough medicine i finished taking that for the cold but still have some cough. I needed someone to listen to my lung just to be sure. Right away Riverview branch sent me to Brandon branch for corona test saying that since I traveled to California a month ago I needed corona test.
