I had a horrible headache and came in because it was so bad I could barely function. I was given 3 days worth of Butalb-acetaminophen-caffeine pills and told I needed a head CT. Then I was sent on my way without a prescription for a Cat Scan. Told to see my Primary Dr. Four days later I ended up at Brandon Healthplex ER. I did get a head CT there but the Dr didn’t really seem to care about me. He seemed disapointed that I am a TGH employee and had never heard of him!

Nurse Shawn was very rude and unprofessional when attending my mom. As soon as we left I had look for a different place to take my mom to be taken care of. Horrible experience

I found this place and i loved it but this last time was so disappointed its suppose to be an urgent care but the doctor told me they didnt have a technician to do an xray so i had to drive almost an hour away from my home (25min to tgh urgent and another 25min to get to another one that did have a technician) so im going to be sticking with medexpress next time no more tgh urgent care!

I came in December 31 at 6:30 pm. I had a minor cough for a couple months but in the past few days it had gotten significantly worse. I would wake feeling heaviness in my lungs. So we came here to get checked out. I had some heart issues in the past and take lisinopril and amiodorone. Too expensive. 135 dollars for 5 minutes visit plus test plus medication. I spent 200 dollars in a sick visit.

Didn't like having to fill out all new paperwork after having been to your clinic before. What happened to my previous records? Person who examined me this time was very standoffish from the moment he walked in, and demeanor was like, "what was I doing there". Well, if he'd bother to read one of the many papers I filled out again, he would have seen the symptoms I'd checked off and the reason I was there. I sat in the waiting room for about 2.5 hours and there weren't that many people there. The entire process was just very slow. I won't go back.

The nurse didn't swab my daughter's throat currently which resulted in a false negative. I knew as soon as she was done that the results were going to be wrong. My daughter gets strep at least once a year. I informed the nurse practitioner that my daughter symptoms are the same when she has strep. I was also hoping that the practitioner would see the white spots I saw while at home to confirm the test.
