Fast track is only the name outside. With appointment, I spend more than 2 hrs only for a Covid Test.Person in the front lobby need a training to treat the patient as a human been,with respect and courtesy. Any fast food treat the persons better that the registration on 09/15/2020.@ 11:00

The woman at the desk told me it was generally a 30 minute wait for a rapid Covid test . The man behind me laughed and said he was still waiting after an hour and a half . I’ve aired two hours and 45 minutes before I was called to go back from my test . Ridiculous! At least have the decency to be honest about your wait time !! Nothing “rapid” about Thai place ;(

The Dr was very nice and I thought helpful but as it turned out I am not happy with how it turned out. I was given only 3 days of Cipro and told as is normal that the culture would tell if that was going to be effective and culture should be back by Friday. I was there on Wed.. I had not heard from them by Friday afternoon so I went to the clinic and was told it was not back yet would be in by Sat. I explained I would be out of medicine by then. I went to be tested for COVID-19 and after more than a hour they told me that I don’t qualify for the test. So, I expose myself to get tested and didn’t even got the chance to be tested. They should be more clear about the requirements before losing peoples time and exposure.

I had an appointment for 3:45, got in around 4:20, but understood how busy the office is, I know everyone is working long hours, but everyone was so nice and had a smile to share Thanks Rick Pixley

I want to thank Darrin for everything, he worked with me to get me a great deal. He also delivered my new Camry to my house on a Sunday night in a huge rain storm, also a thank You to his wife for also helping to deliver my new car I looked forward to working with Darrin again Thanks Rick Pixley

I made it clear I was there for a COVID-19 test. My husband tested positive, I had mild symptoms, and this is where my doctor said we should go. Two hours and $45 later, I’m told I don’t have enough symptoms to warrant a test. To “assume” I have it. This doc was exhausted, and talked about how if they tested everyone who wanted a test, she’d never be able to leave. I wish I’d been told this two hours earlier, I’d have gone home to be with my sick husband and $45 dollars to spend on more important things.
