Everyone is great except your receptionist Lesley. Very rude, and short when I asked questions it was like she didn't want to be bothered.
Have to wait almost 2 hours My appointment was at 2 30 pm and have to wait until 4 00 pm to be seen by the nurse.
Worse experience ever.
I had an appointment at five and I didn’t get out until 8 o’clock because the staff was not full! They had one nurse practitioner in there and that was it! Why Is that OK?
I was contacted around 2pm to set an appointment be tested for Covid before a medical procedure and given a day and time for drive through testing. The woman I spoke with offered to text me the necessary information and I told her that would be great. She never did. I called back at 4pm and left a message. Had a 2:15 appointment, waited over an hour to be seen, based on the amount of patients I saw, it didn’t seem that busy
The nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs was rude and unprofessional
I would NEVER recommend going to this location or place of business ever again if you are sick or if you need any testing especially testing!!!! They will LOOSE your test. My mother and I were looking to getaway due to stressful times. The front desk staff was very annoyed and because we were asking a bunch of questions in regards to the cost of the Covid Test and payments. Came in for symptoms not related to covid, after the covid test was done, there was no interest fir my other sympoms, no diagnosis or any instruction for my previousstate. And im still feeling sick. Smh i wont return
