The wait was at least 3 hours. The Radiologist was rude. Thank God I was able to get my child’s results in 5 days! 😆
I was obviously sick, or wouldn't have come there. I was informed that it would be a two hour wait but needed care so I chose to wait. I had already tested positive for Covid at home, but all I needed was the meds. There was no place to isolate myself, even though I did have masks on. I felt miserable and asked if I could just go sit in my car, which was a second away the door. I asked the office staff if they could just call me on my cell phone when I was ready for being seen. Went to st Pete location which had no wait, but was sent away due to no X-ray tech. Went to Tampa/ gandy location and waited almost 2 hours to be seen.
Went in because I was getting sick with something. Instead of giving me Antibiotics or anything useful they gave me Nausea medicine and a nasal spray? Terrible doctors and obviously just there for the paycheck only spent like 5 minutes on me as a patient then rushed me out with stuff I don’t even need.
I asked specifically for std testing and was only given anaerobic and aerobic culture results. This is the SECOND time that my requests were not met at this location.
