Fast friendly service. The staff here were great I walked right in and got fixed up and walked out all in less than an hour. I literally spent most of the day getting no results from the clinic I went to prior to coming here. I highly recommend this location!
I went in because of heart racing. Girls up front had me do paperwork and apparently I wasn’t in the system with most current info….apparently new software. I waited about 20 minutes. Once I was seen they were great and asked how long I waited. Apparently they thought I was there for headache so guess up front only heard headache…..
Took forever even though no one was there. PA gave very incorrect information regarding viruses and bacteria-saying that all bacterial infections begin as viral. What??? Then prescribed cough medicine she admitted probably doesn't work. As well as saying its normal to have a cough for 6 weeks. Insane experience. Never going back.
The Pa I have seen before and never wants to help. I went in because of a severe cough that kept me up all night and very painful in the lungs. I want med a suppressant with something to help me sleep. I was told to take over the counter meds. I can do that on my own so why do I need to cost and inconvenience of coming in to the doctor?
Check in and evaluation/ treatment. I did have issue with prescription I was given. The specific drug was not covered by my plan. Paid full price. Not sure who is responsible to accept drugs not covered by my plan
I came in for a broken knee and there was no X-Ray tech available.
Felt rushed. Wasn’t treated properly. Poor communication
I understand they do not offer appointments but the wait was uncalled for. I registered ahead of time as they suggested and still waited over 4hrs to be seen.
1.) I am still sick. I didn’t get the right medication. I still have a sinus infection. It’s not a virus. I know my body better than the person attending to me. The person who is seeing the patient should listen to the patient. They know their body best. 2.) My medication‘s were NOT called into the pharmacy and then the pharmacy closed at 9;00pm, which delayed me an hour and a half from getting my medication. I had to go find a 24 hour pharmacy had my medication’s been called in the first pharmacy before they closed, I could... read more
