All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. You are seen very quickly , they do a good job in the aspect, the only thing that would make things quicker and more efficient, is retiring patients should only asked if the have a change in medication, rather than list out all your meds and doses, you have that information already
Awesome nurse practitioner, excellent bedside manner
Just a short wait on a Sunday morning before the doctor was able to see me. The staff was friendly and went about their business professionally. The doctor did what he had to and I was out of there in no time at all. Another experience with this office, and I cannot complain.
I came in with a head injury after falling off my bike. The nurse cleaned me up and the PA put in stitches. That was all good. Then my wrist was Xrayed. afterwards, the Xray tech dressed the wound on my hand by squirting have a tube of anti-biotic cream from the cabinet (that had been used before) on my hand and smearing it around with the lip of the tube. Very clean . Staff are very nice. I would go back again.
I loved the Doctor that we saw but my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I called the office yesterday and asked for the Doctor to call me back because my daughter was getting worse on Antibiotics, but no one ever called me yesterday.
