At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

The care itself was perfectly good. However, the clinic was not busy, and yet we sat in the waiting room for over an hour, then 45 minutes in the room waiting for PA, and another 45 minutes waiting for the PA to come back after xrays. In similar situations with long waits, at least an apology was offered. Not here. Will never go back - there are many faster options for urgent care.
Terrible experience, three hours for stitches and the doctor only was able to complete one. enough area for at least three. It will be a bad scar which defeated going in to have it stitched. No return call from the supervisor and terrible phone service. All calls are funneled through one number that nobody answers!!! also BBB complaints. 12 hours shifts and three people and a room full of patients.
Extremely long wait time with appointment.
Before my visit I asked the representative if doctor will remove skin tag on the private area. I felt like it got infected. The doctor Nicole did not even exam the area. She just looked at it and said she can't do anything and that I need to see a gynecologist. She seemed disgusted by it and as I mentioned before it was a private area. I had just been there the day before with my husband and knew the drill for covid treatment but when I called, was told I had to come in. I made an appointment, I filled out all the paperwork online (1/2 hour) but still had to wait over an hour when I got there. 3 1/2 minutes with the doctor to get a prescription called in. They dismissed all my concerns and I ended up in the ER
The staff could not locate my records and I had to processed as a new patient. I was informed the records were on the old system and they now use epic. Therefore, they could not access the records. When departing, we were now given the disc for the X-ray taken, nor instruction on how to follow up with orthopedic specialist, which was recommended by the PA during the visit.
Was there before several groups of people and took them before us? Said they were worse? If your that bad should you not go to the ER? Terrible place. I would not recommend.
Waited 2 hours after my appointment for a 15 minute covid test. What is the point of appointments?
