The PA I saw was great. It was afterwards that was not good. I was instructed to call if the protocol I was given did not work. It didn't. Minimal improvement. When I called the office I was told that the person I saw on the previous Sunday was off. This person on the phone told me she could only give the PA working that day a message and they probably wouldn't do anything anyway since I was not seen by them. Seriously!!! Cash payer: I was told the visit was $100.00 actual it was $135. The doctor did not touch me or examine my knee for anything including heat, leg pulses, knot behind the knee. While I sat in a chair she said bend the knee that was the $135.00 exam a virtual visit. She ordered the xray I requested which she informed showed no arthritis, or abnormalities and told me to use an ace wrap as I have tendonitis.
I was made to to think that I should have called my doctor instead of going there.
I have severe cold with sore throat and cough and was told to use over the counter allergy medicine, cough drops that don’t work and over the counter nasal sprays. Spent almost $100 for nothing that helped or worked. Had to go to another PA today that actually gave me antibiotics that I know will work. Will verify there is a MD before I go to clinic again.

The nurse practitioner was unprofessional and rude. She hurt my hand/wrist and elbow. She know I was in pain and she was not gentle but harsh with me. I would never let her take care of me again! My mother is a nurse and was very upset with her care of me! Never see this female nurse there. You will regret it! There is a male practitioner there that is awesome! Check before you go there. Never, never see the female practitioner or you will leave being upset with her. She should never be a nurse. She lacks compassion!!!!!!!!... read more
Friendly, inviting environment, prescribed medication n feeling much better!!!!!
Came in with suspected AFIB. EKG performed, doctor reviewed and suggested transport to Hospital. Hospital confirmed AFIB.
