I have called 4 times for Carol, the office manager, and she has never returned my call. I have been unhappy about my bill, talked with the billing office multiple times, the medical director and Carol. But she has never responded back to me after we talked on Feb 22...

Came in sick with a sinus infection only to have had a hard time breathing due to the strong smell of an automatic air atomizer. Had to use a mask to help me get through my exam. Many people are sensitive to products like these so I am surprised they are used in a Dr Office. I will not be coming back. Also surprised there were no hand sanitizes out in the waiting room like most Dr Offices have these days. Asked to use the one behind the desk but that had a strong scent to me as well.

you charged me 95$ when right on my card it says $35 for urgent care. I went to another urgent care in the same week and they charged me what it says on my card with no question.When I went to discuss the over charge they just gave me the phone number of their billing department. I work 9-5. It is very hard to call them. Very disappointment and You charged me $75 to a shot. I don't think that is correct either. I have NEVER paid so much for health care.

I went in for stomach pain, the doctor was good, I liked Chris, but he didn't give me any advice such as foods to eat and not eat, drinks... The main problem was with the assistant, she gave me a kit for a stool sample to take to Quest to check for an Ulcer, but she didn't tell me it had to be frozen. When I got to Quest, they also told me the assistant had written down I was getting blood work. I had to go through the process of getting another sample and take more time off work to deliver it. They made me feel like I went there for no reason. I guess I should have just went to a primary dr. My fault.

I was feeling really bad and they assured me that they would take care of me gave me some antibiotics all the workers were wonderful.

Didn’t even wipe my skin with alcohol or anything to sanitize it before cutting into me to take out a splinter to which he just mutilated my arm and tore the splinter into pieces which he then left in my arm and now it’s infected and still has pieces left in my arm . I pulled a piece out myself after he said there was no splinter. Do not go here for anything more than a cough.
