The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a clinic I would never go back to this place and would never recommend any one to this clinic absolutely horrible. Don't no how and why this so called doctor even has a license to practice.

The wait was too long.. My appointment was at 4 pm. The Medical Assistant took my vitals at 5 pm .. I waited for another 30 min for the ARNP .. another 15 mins for my prescription and AVS. The clinic is not patient oriented.. They don’t practice” patients first” . They practice credit card first bec when you sign in they get your credit card to be placed on their file.. They let you sit down and wait.. Nobody will let you know why there’s a delay. There were only two of us in the waiting room. “Tactless” ARNP undermine my ... read more

This place was not well equipped. The did not have sterile cups for a urine analysis and I had do give my sample in a Dixie cup with no lid and then it had to be sent out because they couldn’t test for a UTI there. They were quick and the staff was nice, but they did not seem to have what they needed to run efficiently. I would not return here if I had to be seen again when my PCP is closed.

When someone comes in with a swollen throat complaining that they aren't breathing well maybe masks are not the first priority. Please review common sense medical techniques rather than following dangerous political "mandates" at the detriment of patients health. Hypocrites and his oath to do no harm should still apply.

It was very unorganized. I wasn't comfortable with, the facility needing a credit card, in addition to my insurance card, and copay to keep on file. Especially, when the policy established in regards to needing a credit card; wasn't explained throughly. I also had to endure, waiting in a crowded lobby, with no social distancing room just to receive my receipt, for the copay which was collected from the front office staff, prior to me being seen by a physician. And upon, leaving I wasn't even provided discharge paperwork.... read more
