Didn’t even wipe my skin with alcohol or anything to sanitize it before cutting into me to take out a splinter to which he just mutilated my arm and tore the splinter into pieces which he then left in my arm and now it’s infected and still has pieces left in my arm . I pulled a piece out myself after he said there was no splinter. Do not go here for anything more than a cough.
The front desk lady & the lady whom took the vitals was very nice. The ARPN not so much. He was a total jerk. I feel like he didn’t listen to what I was saying AND THEN when I was telling him about myself I heard him in the hallway basically mocking me. I would NEVER go back here and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t care if they live acrossed the street. Don’t waste your time. Wait time was reasonable, staff was polite.
you did great other then leaving me there for one hour I thought you were fast tract. I felt my appointment took to long and I had to wait in room to long. I felt very sick and just wanted to go home and go back to bed
Staff and physicians are very nice and courteous. Wait time has been very minimal when I go there. Very happy with both Dr Nanda and Dr Swink. They are thorough and take the time to listen and answered all my questions. Treated my symptoms successfully. I recommend this location for urgent care.
The care was professional. I was frustrated and sore and had so many phone calls before I could be seen. However once done it all went well
I was very happy with the service and the staff. The doctor and her assistant were very professional and friendly. I received a handout of my diagnosis with extra info that may help in the future. However, I think a handout out on how mold affects asthma and how to avoid it may have been more helpful. Mold is a big trigger for me. The Predizone is helping but too early to tell if the antibiotic is needed. I am still coughing and wheezing. Thanks!
