It was very unorganized. I wasn't comfortable with, the facility needing a credit card, in addition to my insurance card, and copay to keep on file. Especially, when the policy established in regards to needing a credit card; wasn't explained throughly. I also had to endure, waiting in a crowded lobby, with no social distancing room just to receive my receipt, for the copay which was collected from the front office staff, prior to me being seen by a physician. I saw a Nurse Practitioner, she was good but she prescribed a $325 prescription that my insurance company did not cover and I could not afford. There was no generic?

I was in on Monday for a knee injury have not heard back from xrays or referral. Tried calling yesterday to find out was on hold 20 minute's and now on the phone been on hold46 minute's. Then they hang me up what terrible customer service. Iris Schaedel 352-322-3503

Everyone was great. Matthew was very professional and took his time with me explaining my symptoms Prescribed me the right medicine which in 2 days after starting them I felt much better. I would recommend this location thank you!

The wait was somewhat long. They called my house phone to tell me to come back in and get my results. I had given the nurse my cell phone number. She questioned why I hadn't answered. She didn't call my cell phone. That is why

53 minutes on hold to find out the lab may not run tests on Sunday so my Covid results may not be in until Tuesday. My test was Saturday. You should tell patients that it might be three days instead of 48 hours if the 48 hours consists of a Sunday involved.

His visit was great. It was after that I got involved. he was told they would try and get him an eye Dr appointment because he needed to see someone immediately. We didn't hear from them so I got him in where I have been in the past. A lady called at about 1:30 on Friday to tell him he had an appointment at 2:15. When I told her he had already been to see some one, she blew up and said I would have to call and cancel the appointment, gave me the number and then hung up on me.
