The fact that you cannot call a specific urgent care is unacceptable. They make you call a general call center which was nearly impossible to reach. Was on hold for hours today trying to 1) ask a question, 2) get in touch with the doctors office I just went to. I couldn't contact the office I just went to. They would not give me the number, would not transfer me and would not call for me. Well you still don't show my results of drug test on my app,i know I passed caused my company informed me but you think I would have been told first ,thought that was what it is for.Guess everyone needs to know before client.js been 3 days still no results lol yea portal no good.

My experience with the nurse practitioner was great. It was horrible in regards to my prescription. The desk gal said she faxed it to the pharmacy. Four hours later they still did not have it. I had to drive back to the walk in to get a paper script. Took it to the cvs and ironically as i was there the script was sent electronically. All rhus time i was feeling sick.

Had a scratchy throat and congestion. Two signs of Covid-19. Nurse: We won't test you unless you've been in contact with someone you know that has tested positive. The most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Dr.: You have symptoms so we have to test you. Took the test test, negative. They need to educate their staff.

The people were rude I had an appointment at 9 am didn't leave there until 11 am with no blood drawn because the nurse didn't know how to draw blood and the man came in and said he didn't have time to do it and told me to go to quest to get my blood drawn. This is a workman's comp case you just don't go get blood done with out approval. Very rude people who don't know what there doing.

I went to urgent care during this covid pandemic. I still have a severe cough and shortness of breath. All urgent care gave me was cough syrup. They did not do any test such as a chest x-ray. I will go and see my primary care physician. No callback.

The PA I saw was great. It was afterwards that was not good. I was instructed to call if the protocol I was given did not work. It didn't. Minimal improvement. When I called the office I was told that the person I saw on the previous Sunday was off. This person on the phone told me she could only give the PA working that day a message and they probably wouldn't do anything anyway since I was not seen by them. Seriously!!!
