It all went so smoothly. The receptionist who checked me in started things off. I only wish I had her name. Then Kim (I believe that's her name) and Roberto took me into the exam room for vitals. Service was friendly and helpful. Care and treatment were excellent. I was in and out within a very reasonable amount of time.
Actually you couldn't help her...we took her to All Childrens E.R. after you tried to help. However, all the staff couldn't have been more understanding and caring for her. Thank you.
Didn’t even wipe my skin with alcohol or anything to sanitize it before cutting into me to take out a splinter to which he just mutilated my arm and tore the splinter into pieces which he then left in my arm and now it’s infected and still has pieces left in my arm . I pulled a piece out myself after he said there was no splinter. Do not go here for anything more than a cough.
Fast track staff was polite and quick with their services and I was in and out in under half hour!
The facility was very clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the doctor really took him time with me.
