The sign on the door and the website says they open at 8:00am. We got there at 7:50am and had an appointment. We left at 8:20am due to the door being locked and no one in sight. Do not waist your time. Serena
My experience with TGH Urgent care started with an 8:30am appointment at Seminole. I arrived at 8:20 and completed the self electronic check-in. Shortly thereafter, the provider came to waiting area and stated ‘they’ had computer issues and were unable to see patients. You could hear the desk staff on the phone with IT. Waiting time was ridiculous nothing urgent about this place. The NP was very nice but when you’re not feeling well you want from check in to check out experience to be good as well. I didn’t care for the RN at all. Also it should never take almost an hour to check nobody In especially when you don’t even have a full house. Just ridiculous
Pharmacy needed a different med and was unable to reach or get a response to this clinic. It appears that there is the same phone number for all of the clinics and no one answers it. I will NOT use this or any other TGHClinic against
Somehow, after completing several intake forms .. the staff used the incorrect DOB for my prescription. The script wasn’t found. I made a return visit to the facility at TGH to use the paper script & turn that in to the pharmacy to fill the order. This took 2 days following difficult experiences trying contact staff through their customer service line. Smh.
Very friendly staff great customer service was seen within minutes when I walked in. Dr very professional and I really liked her .I definitely recommend anyone to come to this facility.
The check in process was fast & efficient. I was taken back and seen by a provider promptly. I was checked out quickly with prescriptions called in immediately for pickup at my pharmacy. At this point, you would have gotten 5 stars…… However, the next day, I had a missed call and voicemail to call back regarding test results. So much for urgent care. I was in this urgent cares parking lot literally bleeding out, my friend had drive me there as it was the absolute closest place I could go to find someone who could at least stop the bleeding. My friend went in as I laid in the back seat holding pressure on the area as I was afraid to move and lose more blood.
