Had appt at 12 was there over 3 hours and they gave me a printed script they couldn’t call in the medications. Healthcare is more updated than this urgent Care. Urgent is not in there vocabulary. The NP was nice but she treated me for the flu even through my test came back negative.

Made an appointment for 1pm (I even arrived at Fast Track by 12:30pm) and still did not get in to be seen until after 3pm. The patients that were being called back had come in the building after I arrived and some did not even look that sick. Their triage should be reevaluated.

unfortunately, my overall patient experience and the quality of medical care i received is negative. the employees were nice but their medical procedures were less than expected. i had a basic cat bit wound from my own cat. they did not clean the wound, nor did they have any antibiotic cream to put on it , so other than a generic band aid that was all that was offered along with a Tetanus shot. i suggested that they prescribe me an alternative antibiotic RX based on my healing from previous cat bites. i was ... read more

I had a severe sinus and ear infection the pain was off the chart, I saw a nurse who was very kind however the medicine she prescribed for me did absolutely nothing, I finally had to go to South Bay Emergency to get proper treatment. I had to wait about 2 1/2 hrs before I was seen I did call an hour prior to schedule the appointment, they said in that way I can be seen faster

It’s convenient when you need to see a doctor after hours. I waited about an hour and a half total — there aren’t enough doctors to see all of the patients when it’s cold and flu season. My scripts were called into the wrong pharmacy. I double checked and had them change the pharmacy before I left — so, I don’t know why they had me fill out my pharmacy if they were going to put in the wrong one and then argue with me about it like I didn’t know what I had written on a sheet of paper an hour earlier. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. PA wrote a script for me, I filled & started on meds right away.
