All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I had the worst experience ever with the one in Riverview. Their customer service is the worst and they are so rude.
no visible doctor on sight , no desire to operate as a primary care provider.thirty day limit on non pain related medicine .
Me and my wife went to the urgent care center a day apart. Both had the same symptoms and her doctor and mine was the same. She was a little worse than me and so she got a stronger antibiotic and a round of steroids. I was given clavamox and a nasal spray. I called back seven days later to let them know I was getting worse and could they write a new script. They said that I waited to long to call in and I would need to be seen again. Had a good experience initially at the original visit. But when I had an allergic reaction to the medication prescribed and called the office, was told they would call me back. 4 hours later still no call. I called the office before 8PM and got a recording saying all customer representatives are busy No one ever came on the line and after waiting about ten minutes I then got a recording saying they are closed! Very dissatisfied!
Facility is great and everyone is nice. They misdiagnosed me and didn’t do a flu test because they were out. I called back next morning at told them everything that had changed and updated them on my status. They told me they still didn’t think I had the flu and I would have to pay the deductible again to get tested because the provider still thinks it’s just a cold. I promptly went to another facility and was tested 100% H1N1 and was able to get my wife and child on their way to being protected.
The ARNP that saw me was a very good lady and professional. I like the way she treat me.
Wait was kind of long but the Dr.’s and nurses on staff were great!
Waited waay too long...even WITH an appt!! Staff was friendly.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. However, there was a significant breach in HIPAA confidentiality, which was concerning.
