When I go to Fast Track in Riverview I get top notch care from the minute I step in until I leave. Calling the number to make an appointment or check on a referral is a completely different experience. I always get the same lady with the worse attitude. I had to tell her to once to please calm down. She assured me she had no problem even though everybody in the car with me wondered why she was so agitated. I was sent for a drug test which is company policy due to a fall at work. The medical assistant was condescending insisted they needed a full new patient package with complete medical history of not only myself but parents grandparents & children. At one point he told me I would have to see a doctor even though I kept telling him I was only there for the drug screen. I've seen the same doctor the last 2 times I've been there. The last time I was there he told me I had a cold and I would be fine, no meds, no nothing. I even told him I have rheumatoid arthritis and didn't want to get worse. 2 weeks later, I had to get antibiotics from my rheumatologist because I wasn't better. Strike 1. Doctors diagnosis didn’t match the RX given. Talked down to me when I asked a few questions and didn’t seem to care.

Request prescription be sent to MacDill AFB... it was late afternoon so this morning my husband called to be sure the prescription had been sent.... after a 30 minute drive it was not there....This was my third time using the facility and also my last..

Wait time was insane , taking others when we arrived hours before them because they had fast passes, what is this bush gardens?? You need to inform your patients of this and of potential wait times. Having a very ill child waiting 2 hours is unacceptable !!!!!!! Never will I come back.

Gentleman at front desk had a snobbish and arrogant attitude and facility did not seem equipped to handle pediatric patients. Medical professional that saw my son was completely unhelpful. I will never make the mistake of going there again.

Do to my condition(s) and upper chest pressure and pain, as well as a possible urinary track infection, the doctor did take a sample of urine but did not draw blood. According to Cardiologists, drawing blood and having it analyzed will tell more about the problems the person is having, even if it is multiple problems. This doctor did NOT draw blood. Maybe due to sending off to another facility for analysis. Also, the final paperwork is wrong in terms of allergies. I am NOT allergic to insulin as I must have it twice daily by... read more
