At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Why you let people make appointments online is beyond me because I did and they took everyone in the order they came in so I waited over an hour to be seen. Secondly, after I was seen I paid my co-pay and proceeded to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they never got it. Fax or electronic. I tried to call from the pharmacy to Fast track to let them know so I could get it and all I got was a recording that said I couldnt leave a message because the mailbox was full and it hung up. The doctor was wonderful! However the wait time left something to be desired... 1.5 hrs before I saw doctor.
Staff is friendly, sadly went late afternoon for an ear infection and was rx drops which didn't help but made my situation worst. Next day after using drops my ear canal was completely closed and when trying to contact the physician who saw me they recommended to come in again, which meant paying another $75x nothing was given for the pain after advising motrin was not doing anything. At first, I was "side-eyed" by reception because I think my question was misunderstood...and left the instant impression that I did not have health insurance. My visit was through an insurance claim from a car accident. So, when he asked for my insurance card I questioned it. Then, I explained my situation and his demeanor changed. Hate to be that pt needing care and they dont hv insurance...kind of sad. Aside from that, the DR was thorough and professional. My check out experience was pleasant, too.
I wasn't able to get xrays done because I was told that my pain was too severe to handle there. I am on pain management for cronic pain so I was told to go to an emergency care center instead. I was told that the emergency care would want to get xrays so this way I wouldn't be exposed to radiation twice! The staff was very kind and I was seen immediately. Apparently there was nothing they could do for me.
I love this place because it is so clean and only a mile away from my home. Unfortunately, I had a 2 hour wait on my last visit because everyone decided to go in at the same time. I usually dont have to wait so long to be seen, but I will still continue going there and will refer family and friends.
I came in to address my plantar fascitis. I had it before many years ago and recognized its recurrence. I was unable to walk without crutches. I asked for medication (a shot) to be put in my foot--per the usual treatment (as I have read and experienced in the past for me as well as for others). My experience with the visit was good. The physician assistance that so me was very professional and knowledgeable. When I was waiting in the reception area I was surprise to hear my personal information communicated with my insurance company out load where everyone in the lobby area could hear. My personal information such as my name; insurance policy number; even my symptoms; etc., The lady conducted the verification over the phone in an area where everyone could hear her. My Worker Comp. carrier faxed a authorization to commit coverage. My complaint is that no one was aware in you Urgent Care office. I had to make 4 phone calls to guarantee coverage. Fact is; it took too long and I had to make calls and wait for your Admission person to search it out. I would have thought the fax stating a referral was coming, should have triggered a print out and file started!
