The intially start of install process with lack of communication was not the best. But once they stopped skipping my house everything went smooth. And we love the fiber.

Sound and picture freezes and sound goes away especially on Fox but on other channels also. This should not be happening. Wish we had kept Directv. We need to get someone’s attention on this and get it fixed.
Took 32 days to get fiber installed.
Very dissatisfied! Channels are hard to find. TV is hard to work. Don't know if we will keep your system or switch to something else. NOT happy with this setup
