My cable is only buried 5-7 inches. One place was not buried at all. The installers destroyed my rubber mulch landscaping on the side of the house. The line going into the house was drilled into the grout on the side of my house rather than being run through the attic lie all my other lines have been. Slowest internet I’ve ever had, cutting off ASAP
We paid for 1000 mb and when tested we on got 468mb not even half. Thought we would get at least 600 or even half.
Going from Hughes Net to OEC Fiber is like driving a VW Bug to a Ferrari....
The installer was friendly. Did know how to do the installation. Did not seem to know much on the technical side. Did not carry a cordless hand vacuum to clean up the mess inside the house.
Not good at surveys, very satisfied with service we received.
Installer was on time and made sure I understood operation before he left:-)
