I don’t like the wire attached to the outside of the house. Should have been installed in the room the box is outside of. The router has too short of a cord. The electric cord however is long. Makes no sense. I will be unable to move it if I want to put furniture in that spot. The little decorative cover for the wires in my house has fallen off. The screw that came with it is too short.. I would like the router installed in a different room.

Your people did an outstanding job of installation. From the first crew that ran the cable to your final installation folks. The folks on the final installation not only took great pains to connect with no damage or inconvenience to us, they also ensured that we understood how to run the new system and took the time to answer our questions on the operation of the new equipment. I will recommend your service to all my friends.
It was awful the internets great, but the construction crews are awful. They showed up unprepared with none of the right tools, and their excuses were that their drill. Bits were dull they couldn’t make it to my house, and one of them suggested let’s duct tape to drill bits together, so that’s what I’m assuming is the level of competence of all your work crews . They had to come back and finish the job and it’s still not done and I got called by contractor saying he’s going to come out and finish the job today and guess what
While speaking to the installer inside when he first arrived second installer arrived and drilled into soffit without discussing at all. When I said I did not want it drilled in that way and asked if he had a pass through plug he said “no we don’t do that we just fill it full of silicone”. I asked installer how the line would be run in the attic so it was not a trip hazard. He said it would be attached to the rafters overhead. I was never contacted when they showed up to run line from pole to house. They didn’t speak no English. Than they parked on my grass.

I had an issue with the install but I called OEC and they fixed the problem right away. I had AT&T and had waited to cancel service until after I was up and running on OEC. Well during the trenching for my fiber they cut my AT&T line. I called OEC and they had a supervisor out to my house within a hour (on a Saturday). They finished my interior install Monday morning by 10:00 AM. The fiber service is way faster than what I had.
