My wife & I started as customers of ViaSat satellite Internet. That was horrible. We paid $60/mo & routinely blew through our 10Gb/mo. data cap in 2 weeks, and were condemned to dialup speed afterward. Worse still, Windows Updates consumed nearly half our data, and I had to wake up after midnight to update, to keep that from happening. TV was DirecTV @ $120/mo for "200 channels", of which we watched maybe 6, and had to tolerate commercials on top of that. Next, we tried AtLink. Much better. March the 18th fiber was ran to our house Yard was torn up, landscape lighting wire cut, sprinkler system line cut, tree roots cut. Rolled with it, fixed everything myself, didn’t mention it. This was progress

My lady's and my home hook up was wonderful and we love our product this install went into my mothers home all in my name the guy was I thought doing great but when he left there was no wifi on my computer. He did not check my computer to see if it connected. I called in and the lady I spoke with could not tell me anything kept acting as if i was bothering her she said several times she could not stay on the phone with me she kept interrupting me and would not hear my issue. Told us putting the router in our bedroom wouldn’t effect the signal in bedrooms on the other side of the house but it did... than wanted to charge us $75 to move the router. It was a great first experience with your company!
