The installer was professional and cleaned up the area after he was finished. He asked where I wanted the router installed dropped the line there.

I don't know what all my fiber optics is controlling. But my ATT land line (which isn't exactly a land line anymore) hasn't worked in over 2 weeks. I have a new router (probably has nothing to do with the router, or maybe it does) that does not work. So I don't really know what is going on. Everything seems to be dysfunctional.
It keeps buffering over and over again. I’m watching a show for five or 10 minutes and next year I know it’s buffering again I lose signal and then finally it comes back on. I’m about to cancel.

My internet was up and running the day I moved in..but it's taken days to finally talk to someone that could get my tv installed..I was never given a reason..

The installer who setup the service didn’t explain a single thing about the app. Just handed me a folder and went on his way. So I looked at the folder and was able to connect to the internet ok but the password is not something that I will ever remember so I tried to establish my app and get my router going and this lady didn’t help me at all. She said that this is something that oec will have to help you with. And they’re closed.

Hello Nicole. We apologize for the for any inconvenience we have caused from not giving you a run down on how everything works. The Booklet should be able to guide you in the right direction and help with any questions you may come across. There should also be a removable magnet on the front cover of the booklet where you can write down your network ID and your Wi-Fi password to be stored on your refrigerator. You can also call (405)-217-6868 if you need any additional help.
My biggest issue was with communicatiin and scheduling. The system in place probably works fine when there is nothing out of the ordinary meaning when some one is always on the property and there are no limitations for access. That is not the case at my house - I live alone, work in the city and have a locked gate with dogs inside. I think these conditions put too much strain on their system for installation.
