Took 32 days to get fiber installed.
Very dissatisfied! Channels are hard to find. TV is hard to work. Don't know if we will keep your system or switch to something else. NOT happy with this setup
Rep tracked mud ALL over my house. Did not put it where we wanted it. Did not tell us how to get it to meet our needs. Entered my setup information himself including my password. Sat in his truck on our property after install even though we had to leave, he was still sitting there after we drive away.
