Rep tracked mud ALL over my house. Did not put it where we wanted it. Did not tell us how to get it to meet our needs. Entered my setup information himself including my password. Sat in his truck on our property after install even though we had to leave, he was still sitting there after we drive away.

I don't know what all my fiber optics is controlling. But my ATT land line (which isn't exactly a land line anymore) hasn't worked in over 2 weeks. I have a new router (probably has nothing to do with the router, or maybe it does) that does not work. So I don't really know what is going on. Everything seems to be dysfunctional.
It keeps buffering over and over again. I’m watching a show for five or 10 minutes and next year I know it’s buffering again I lose signal and then finally it comes back on. I’m about to cancel.
