Professional install
The is the worst service I’ve ever had. Worse than terrible. The tv glitches all the time. Shows become either pixilated and impossible to watch, or you get the loading circle with a black screen which eventually gives your an error message, the DVR glitches practically every time I try to use it or rewind or fast forward. I pay close to $250 for the biggest package of tv channels as well as anll of the movie channels, and the majority of them don’t even work or come through. Customer service folks were very easy to work with.
Wasn’t taught all I needed to know about the tv. It takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to a regular channel. If can’t get this improved hate to,but I will have to leave

The installer was excellent he stayed until everything was working good I think he went above & beyond to get everything at peak condition. Good work.
Installer was friendly and helpful with several tips
Installers could not answer any questions because they spoke no English.
The installer was 2 hours late. He was sent to another job, even though mine was scheduled and the other wasn't. The wifi won't reach outside at all, my other router would send the signal to my shop 25 yards away from the router. I am not getting the speed that was advertised. The installer said that wifi was much slower than a direct hook up. If this is the only router you offer, I am not impressed. I have not canceled my other service because I'm not sure I will keep yours.
