The installer who setup the service didn’t explain a single thing about the app. Just handed me a folder and went on his way. So I looked at the folder and was able to connect to the internet ok but the password is not something that I will ever remember so I tried to establish my app and get my router going and this lady didn’t help me at all. She said that this is something that oec will have to help you with. And they’re closed.

The Booklet should be able to guide you in the right direction and help with any questions you may come across. There should also be a removable magnet on the front cover of the booklet where you can write down your network ID and your Wi-Fi password to be stored on your refrigerator. You can also call (405)-217-6868 if you need any additional help.
My biggest issue was with communicatiin and scheduling. The system in place probably works fine when there is nothing out of the ordinary meaning when some one is always on the property and there are no limitations for access. That is not the case at my house - I live alone, work in the city and have a locked gate with dogs inside. I think these conditions put too much strain on their system for installation. Our installer Edward did a wonderful job. Very polite and helpful. Answered all of our questions and made sure everything was properly connected. Very happy with service.
Installer was friendly and very knowledgeable. He finished his work quickly and cleaned up behind himself.
It has been dragging real bad and when we watch the OEC TV it sometimes says there is not enough broadband to work the tv
Took 2 days and 2 trouble tickets to get WiFi up and running. Requested WiFi 6 Calix equipment but was told they us a 3rd party for their WiFi equipment. They just left the old way past end of life 844GE in place from the person that lived in the house before I purchased the home. Not happy that OEC fiber installed equipment should have been placed in center of home to keep from putting remote extender to cover home that have been covered without extender. Wow Can’t even say the same for customer service took over 2 months nobody new what was going on they came an installed the box outside finaly an the girl didn’t believe me finaly she ask the technician it was a total stressful situation an fiasco and I have to pay 75.00 for the installation
