From the initial call to the technician walking out of my house, OEC has been great! Very helpful staff. My technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Installer was early to appt. Very efficient with what & where things needed to be, very good. He was talking thru earbud 50% of time he was doing installation. ( not work related from what was said on his side, but it did NOT Affect his work but seemed unprofessional ) overall good experience

Installer was very good except he didn’t explain really how to use the Apple Remote instead of the OEC remote, the only way to use it in the bedroom
It was absolutely great. The process was very efficient, smooth and uncomplicated. The technicians were polite, friendly and efficient. Very pleased!
