Great service
Jorge texted me to inform me he could be there earlier than scheduled appointment. He got there and had my install complete before my originally scheduled appointment time. We fast very easy and Jorge was very respectful and polite

The communication before and during the service to get fiber to my house was great. The service technicians were on time, professional and friendly and the fiber service itself is as advertised.
I am very happy with my choice of internet. From my first contact with the office to the gentlemen that came to my home to install the cable and modem.

Both workers were very courteous and professional. They quickly installed our equipment and had the internet up and running. They explained the process and made sure any questions were answered. They even cleaned up the minimal amount of dust from drilling. The lady who set up the appointment got us in quickly and had excellent customer service skills.
The oec guy was quick, got my internet, happy as can be with the service.
