Technician (Dustin) was excellent and courteous. Michael Jackson was the same. Service was prompt and courteous. Very pleased!

The line was buried promptly and a technician made an appointment promptly. Installing the modem and establishing service was done quickly and successfully. The installation was very good.

It was there ready to go when I moved in and I was able to get right on.
Everyone from the first phone call, to the men who dug the trench, to the technician were first rate. So much better than COX.
Overall, it was great. My only complaint is that the techs who laid the outside cable must've left my water running in the back as they used my spigot for whatever it was they needed it for. This created a huge mudhole in a corner of my yard. They also did a pretty poor job re-laying the sod they dug up to lay the cable. The indoor tech took a while to find a good place to drop the cable from the attic, and I couldn't get the connecting box in the room I wanted because of how my roof is. My experience with orcafiber was great. The guys came out did what they had to do and they came in and hook up my my Wi-Fi and I am enjoying it. Thank you.
