The man you sent out did not speak very plain English, was not very helpful, was kinda rude, and acted like I was wasting his time. The people I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and tried very hard to make sure that my Internet was working right. The man who came out didn't care.

The team that came to install were very nice. I didn't expect the cable to be installed up the outside wall and a hole drilled in my soffit so it could be strung across the attic. I wasn't outside watching when this was done so that's on me. I guess there was no other way to install it? I thought they would just go the same route as the previous cox cable.

The entire experience was easy without any complications. Each step was explained on what to expect. The cable that ran through the yard was done with care to the sod and ensuring they did not hit any sprinkler lines. The install inside the house went smoothly without any issues and they were done within 30 minutes. OEC Fiber has been exactly what I was hoping for.

The service workers were on time or before which was great, was also notified all times before coming, so far service seems to be good!!
