This was the first time it seemed carefree in handling our setup. We've never setup with no issues. So thank you for great customer service.
I was initially told installation would take about two weeks. The first technician who came out was excellent, he walked me through my options and explained everything clearly. I needed internet added to my shop for my business, and we decided it would be best to install a new system rather than running off the old one in the house. From there, things slowed down.
