The service workers were on time or before which was great, was also notified all times before coming, so far service seems to be good!!
over all it was good. when we first started I wanted internet TV and phone. I was told I would have to get permission from windstream to keep the same no. and oec would send me the request forms to fill out which I never got so the installation into the house was delayed until I stopped the phone request.
Highly recommend OEC for fiber Internet and electricity. There are very reliable and the service is great.

Quick and easy, line was buried, Dominic installed the line inside the house, password created with name of the access point, done!
You were slower than I would have hoped for and had to call back several times. Once I spoke with miss Carlie she really got the ball rolling for me The installer Brian Savage was quick and efficient
Everything went quick and easy. I only gave a 4 b/c I wish the basic package had Hallmark.
The service technician was very professional, personable, and willing to try to install the equipment in a difficult location (due to attic space and configuration).
