Your technician didn’t show me how to use the remote. I had to call OEC to get instructions on how to use remote
The process was simple and unobtrusive. The OEC representatives were polite, respectful, and hardworking.

The man you sent out did not speak very plain English, was not very helpful, was kinda rude, and acted like I was wasting his time. The people I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and tried very hard to make sure that my Internet was working right. The man who came out didn't care.

The team that came to install were very nice. I didn't expect the cable to be installed up the outside wall and a hole drilled in my soffit so it could be strung across the attic. I wasn't outside watching when this was done so that's on me. I guess there was no other way to install it? I thought they would just go the same route as the previous cox cable.
You did exactly what you said. The Pre-work literature was helpful. I always knew what the next step was. Everybody that came out was friendly and very efficient in spite of some very hot conditions. Thank you
