It took a while to come hook up my service due to the rainy weather. After the tech arrived, he installed the equipment fairly quick. The only bad thing was, he didn't explain anything to me or show me anything or even make sure it was all working properly. I'm still trying to get my Alexa connected.
The tech, Edward, sent a text saying he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. That was great. Edward made sure the computer,tv, and the cell phone were connected and running correctly. Great customer service!!

Edward Nunez arrived on time. He was very nice and sweet and worked diligently and got my WiFi powered up. Cleaned up after himself. Love him, he did a great job. Thank you.
The tech named denon ticket # 110407 Fixed it in just a few minutes. Others tried but could not get it fixed. One other young lady tried for about an hour can’t remember her name but I do remember it was around 6 to 7pm. I give her an A for effort.
