Everyone was kind & the service was fast & sufficient.
I brought my son in for a secondary infection to a baseball injury. The PA on duty told me that there are two possible types of eye infection that it could be and both would be treated with the same antibiotics. She then proceeded to tell me that she would need to take a picture to send to her boss/higher up/partner. What a nice, clean facility. Everyone was wonderfully helpful. I will definitely continue using this facility when I’m sick. When you’re sick you don’t want to be around others Sick as well. I was in and out without a problem. And by the time I got back into Apollo Beach my medicine was waiting. Excellent! Hate to give away the best secret in South County😊
You were fast, efficient and courteous!
The facility was clean and all their staff are nice. And also Heather, who was the ARNP whom I saw, she listened to what my problem was and she had a bed side manner. All in all I loved the kind of care they provided to me.
