Very clean office, nice people, but the PA I had who was very nice did not know what was on my face. I had a Benadryl shot which helped but has not cleared it up. I wish that the PA would have had a medical doctor come in and look as this was serious enough to me to make a trip to fast track. I was there Saturday and I am wondering if you have a policy for a follow up appointment with an MD. I would be grateful to know this information. The Dr did not thoroughly examine, ignored our concerns and requests. Two weeks later we still have the same issue we went in with. The visit was a complete waste of time and money, not to mention frustrating as well. Would never recommend or return.
I went there to find out specifically if I had pneumonia. I had a persistent cold for 2 weeks and occasionally coughed up blood. I wanted to rule out pneumonia. The PA who treated me listened to my lungs and she said I did have some wheezing. So she prescribed Amoxicillin 875mg. I took it for 5 days and I did feel much better but I was still coughing up blood. So I went to the hospital emergency room and they did a chest X-ray and confirmed that I had pneumonia. Too long to wait first there Less taken
Short wait time, very friendly staff. That’s what make going there pleasant, it takes your mind off how bad you might be feeling.
Terrible experience. I was seen close to closing on a weeknight with nobody else in the waiting room. Female doc with bushy hair was rude, dismissive and interrupted me as i tried to express my concerns. She told me my painful throat glands werent that swollen and i was being dramatic. Techs were similar in they made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. I was given a rapid test for strep and flu and then sent on my way with a z pack, which wont do anything for viral infections. The doctor did not listen to my needs/symptoms. Took the easy way out and said it was my sugar. It was a waste of my money and time. I ended up being hospitalized. Thanks a lot.
The doctor was very nice and prescribed antibiotics for my daughters ear infection....however they said they called it in as i was checking out...i took my time and picked up some dinner so they would have time to fill it. I went to tge pharmacy 45 minutes later expecting it to be ready!! BUT they said they had nothing called in for me.? Ive been to Fast Track a few times and they have never been any help. Always misdiagnosing my symptoms. Its seems to me they do that just to get you back in for a reevaluation so the can get paid twice for the same issue. Or maybe its just they dont know what they're doing.
