My symptoms, blood in Urine, feel like the flu for 7 days , no energy to get out of bed and kidneys hurt. Called and asked if they had a doctor that could prescribe antibiotics, Fast Trac reply, “oh yes!” Had same or identical issues and symptoms 15 months ago but went to an Emergency Room in Cape Coral. Back then, they poked drew blood, MRI, the whole out-of-pocket $3000 expensive and all useless treatment but did gave me a $15 antibiotic 7 day treatment and problem got resolved but for $3k. Took a week too send my lab results and it's still not sent.
The doctor and staff was very nice but I was misdiagnosed. The doctor told me that I would be fine and didn't need any medication. Continued to get light headed and weaker. By Thursday I couldn't hardly move. Went to MedExpress and they said I had a mild concussion, ear infection, and a sinus infection. Gave me antibiotics and told me I must rest for several days. The people were nice and the process was fast, I took my 96 year old friend to check on her cough and they told us she was fine, her lungs clear, and it was allergies because she also had a rash that they treated, 2 days later she could not breathe and we had to take her to the emergency room, she had pneumonia...I was very upset of course.
Visited this Urgent Care for the first time to complete a drug test before starting a new company. The tech made me feel as if I was a criminal, maybe she thought I was, simply because I was doing a drug test? She ordered me to grab the supplies one and label the supplies. If that was to make sure that I saw nothing was tampered with, please and thank you would have gone a long way. Great polite efficient service
1st of all the girl at the desk was horribly rude and empathetic. I waited 3 hours do have my ribs x-rayed. At checkout I found they had charged a previous debit card I had given without my knowledge and it had to be reversed. No one said would you like to use the same card and it was charged before check out. I said I was sorry to inconvenience her comet the same rude girl, and why was she acting so mean to me? There was no answer from her note discussion at all. She needs a new profession
The nurses splinted the wrong arm for my toddler. They never followed up with an appointment for a specialist for a cat for her broken arm, like they said they would. Called THREE days after, claiming it wasn’t broken, although we took her to an orthopedic specialist, who confirmed a break.
The Dr was a complete JOKE. I wouldn't take my pet to this joint!
