Social distancing in waiting room was not being followed. Using pens and paper at check in instead of virtual check In. Not having TGH patient information until you get to the back. Signing forms so seeing tech cleaning area and asking me to put my purse down in a dirty old area. TGH knows better! Or at least they advertise they do!!
Well, I got there early enough (around 430) so I can be seen and get medicine knowing my pharmacist is only open till 7pm. They didn’t call for me until 625ish. The dr seemed not in the best mood. Never in the times I have been there or taken my kids there had I ever waited more than 20 mins to be seen. Yes, I understand that you clean the rooms before each patient, but 2 hours??? Needless to say, I ended up getting my meds the following day. I may start going to another walk-in clinic. This was very disappointing visit.
Timing and communication is really poor at this location with staff. Wait times are over 3 hours and staff is Unsympathetic. They care less about your time or to be professional about patience with medical concerns. They act like they are there just to make a paycheck
Mis-diagnosis- ulna is much different than radius and thumb. So my question is - PA’s are under the guidance of a physician. He state she reviewed - especially after I called back regarding the pain. And yet no confirmation-even a call once the radiology report was read-people are more forgiving if you at least acknowledge the problem and it just takes a call . Thanks
Worst experience I ever . Made a “reservation” online because wanted my son tested for Covid and still waited 2 1/2 hours with 102 fever. I was told that making a reservation doesn’t mean anything. Girl at check in has no personality and is definitely in the wrong profession! Will never return.
I think I answered this on my cell phone. Ankle pain is reduced 95% since taking the prescribed meds.
The receptionist doesn’t wear a mask. Doesn’t feel safe to just talk to her. I waited for 1 hour even with appointment. The person who send the test said they would call me with results I’m still waiting is being a week.
When I called to get an appointment to be tested for Covid ,after answering a series of questions I was told I did not qualify to be tested. I called my TGH PCP and answered many of the same questions and they said I absolutely needed to be tested and sent me to this clinic. I had an appointment at one. I sat for an hour and a half in a hot stuffy waiting room with music blaring (which only made my pounding headache worse). After waiting 2 hours, l finally got in. The doctor was very unconcerned. I had not slept in 2 days, because of my problem. Check my medical records that you have. Very disappointed with the service.
