Everything was great until I found out they labeled my urine for my drug test wrong, now I have to go back in and redo it. Now my start dare for my new job will have to be pushed back. I was in and out the first time, hopefully I'll be in and out when I got to redo the test.
Everyone at TGH urgent care was phenomenal in the care they provided.
Went in because I have a sinus infection. Given a COVID test rapid results, negative. I'm asking for a antibiotic, but no it's not bacterial only a virus....What kind of virus exactly just told by the Physician Assistant (PA) Kelly Clausing it's a virus, and I'll prescribe some nasal spray and Bromfed to easy symptoms. Everyone was very caring and passionate about their jobs and ensuring I got the care I needed.
When it came to draw my blood the old man's hands were kind of shaky and he missed both times I went to lab corp and she went next to where I told him to go in the first place and she got it
Came in with chest pains and dizziness and had to wait almost 4 hours to be seen. It turned out to not be an emergency. But I thought chest pains was a urgent situation but obviously not at your facility. I will not use your facility again.

Good experience! In this time of uncertainty, I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the Fast-Track Drive thru for my covid19 test. I didn't quite know what to expect but was greeted with smiling, kind nurses who explained the process and put my mind at ease. Thank you!
