It took an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. The appointment was only for a drug screen. This has been the standard and they over charge my account due to having debit card on file for several visits not made.

Very disappointing Really don’t understand why you have a Patientgo online to make a reservation and register and wait for hour and a half to two hours before I can even going to see anybody to have a simple test sample given which takes a total of like three minutes
The receptionist was extremely rude, your online reservations promised us an email confirming our appointments, that never happened, no where does it read to be at the chosen location 15min prior to our appointment. The receptionist basically ignored us and was extremely unprofessional. I’ve been in the medical field for 38 years and have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Had an appointment and waited 1:45 min for a 15 second covid test. Terrible
Well you still don't show my results of drug test on my app,i know I passed caused my company informed me but you think I would have been told first ,thought that was what it is for.Guess everyone needs to know before client.js been 3 days still no results lol yea portal no good.
Granted, I know it would be a busy time, but I think the wait time was too long, over an hour, for a swab test, for the corona virus.
I had an appointment for 3:45, got in around 4:20, but understood how busy the office is, I know everyone is working long hours, but everyone was so nice and had a smile to share Thanks Rick Pixley
I want to thank Darrin for everything, he worked with me to get me a great deal. He also delivered my new Camry to my house on a Sunday night in a huge rain storm, also a thank You to his wife for also helping to deliver my new car I looked forward to working with Darrin again Thanks Rick Pixley
