I waited in line starting at 4:20 am for a COVID test for my eight-year-old daughter. Once the facility opened they alerted us we would be checked in for an appointment at a later time. Check-in took 2.5 hours and the appointment was at 2 pm. Prior to checking in, I verified with the front desk that they would test my daughter who was asymptomatic and with suspected, but not known, exposure. They confirmed they would. Waited for six hours to be told my insurance wasnt excepted im on 02 n disabled CHF prone so in the critical catagory told that the test was free to most or covered if u in the critical catagory. Was not going to be seen unless I put a card on file but assured me it wouldnt be charged while less than two weeks i get charged 180dollars. Im on a fixed income and cannot afford this I need some answers as to why I was lied to.
They DO NOT answer their phones! I have been waiting a week to get my test results. They have not called me nor can I reach them. I have called every day for 5 days several times a day and no-one answers the phone. The same recording every single time. Do not go there if you want your results without having to go into their office.
Ellen is wonderful and kind. I called on 6/20/20 was on hold for 40 minutes. Talked to Sandra and told her I needed to pick up xrays. She told me I just needed to walk in and request. She was way wrong, but Ellen took care of Sandra's lapse in customer service. Also if you don't really need a doctor don't pay for one. Mine was a virtual exam, she was 4 feet away and would not touch my knee or do any exam but i was charged over $100.00
You almost have to spend the night in order to be seen and I still have not gotten my results back as of yet
I was seen by their provider sent home with out any antibiotic because they wanted to wait on Covid test to come back waited to full days before results tried calling no one answer led their phones had to go there made two trips and then told still waiting on test to see which antibiotics to give me mean while I’m still sick and missing work I had to go see my primary and get a script of antibiotics for my sinus infection. First those front clerk has no sympathy.When call pt you don't identify which one calling there should name station by num or person should signal who had call.There was no handsanitizer visable.. Despite the name urgent care or the allusion to an expedited service (Fast Track), I arrived presenting the pre-diagnostic made by the doctor from the Clinic Minute (who directed me to your services) and still waited for over 90 minutes in an very hot and uncomfortable room with a fever over 101 and high pressure.
