People were friendly but they werent aware that taking Biotin affects blood work and didnt solve problem. Doctor didnt think switch of generics by pharmacy would cause short of breath and numbness in hands. I was able to get pharmacy to switch back and was able to correct breath and some numbness.
The staff was incredibly rude. I was there twice in the same day for a test for one of my children on Friday the 14th if August and both of the ladies at the counter were very rude and unprofessional. We will not use this fac6again the the future even though it is closer to our home. I do not recommend them.

My appointment was at 9.15, I got there few minutes early and there was nobody at the tent. I went to the front receptionist and she said they are in the trailer and walked over to the trailer. There was very loud music coming out of the trailer and the receptionist has to bang on the trailer door few times for them to open it. For a 5 pm appointment, which actually got me into a waiting room at 5:45 pm shows poor s scheduling. 15 minutes result took more than an hour. The people were great.
They told me that they did not take my daughter's insurance and that it would be $ 130 dollars that would send the bill to my house, I count the bill arrived was for $ 285.00. I felt cheated

This clinic is not a place to come if you need information or compassion. I made an appointment in the morning (10:30am) to get a rapid Covid test. Inputting all the requested information and stating specifically what I needed and why. I need to go to CT for a family funeral. Once all the information was input, my appointment was almost immediately confirmed. Seemed to good to be true. And it was. I had a very disappointing run in with this clinic. The blonde woman at the front desk was especially moody, with a lot of eye rolling. She was positive I had no appointment until I showed her my confirmation email. Which quickly made her realize she shouldn’t be so horrible and cold. But I was turned away anyway.
