I am disgusted with the way TGH has handled this pandemic with their allotted 25 tests per day... They should be ashamed of themselves and should have either provided an option to actually book an appointment rather than make people wait as early as 4am to hopefully "make the cut." I went there with my 3 children a few days ago at 7am, waiting in a line wrapped around the back of the building, to be cut off about 10 people too late. I needed to be tested for Covid 19, and was told that I would need to walk in to an office early because only 25 tests can be administered in a day. “No appointment necessary.” I showed up at 5AM, and waited 3 hours in line. Mind you, others in line even before me, and some started adding in family members who had just arrived. No one is social distancing. People are coughing, and almost fighting. The only complaint I have is that no one answers phones all day Looking for guidance in relation to test results Tested on Monday now Saturday and no correspondence except your email about your performance and it is not complete. Makes no sense to me
Terrible service and very unprofessional, the nurse practitioner tested me for COVID 19 and then she trough the test in the garbage. When I called for results they said the test was never sent. This is not how health professionals behave.
I have been trying to get my short term disability paper work filled out for over a month. Every time I call, I get the run around. They charge me the 50 dollar fee to fill out the short term disability paper work but then a month later state that they can not fill it out.
Terrible.. I went there to get tested for COVID. They did the swab test, I don’t hear back and when I call 4 days later they said they never sent it.. so unprofessional
The Heights location is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 (per the sign on their door). Would be wonderful if someone was able to note that on the website and/or voicemail service so that people aren't driving to the location in the middle of pandemic only to find out the office is closed.
Have yet to hear results of Covid test done on June 17, 2020.... Is it lost or you just don’t give a damn!!! This is unacceptable 😡😡😡
I was told my lab results would be available on monday. I have been calling all day monday and Tuesday but cannot reach a person. No return call from the urgent care, no lab results. Very poor customer service!!!
