Took too many times to try to schedule appointment , I called was explained booked for thee days out , was tested for covid 7/25 and still no results . Was told by receptionist I would get email for portal , have not received, called and was told to go to fasttrack , but there is no portal to sign in too frustrated, I was called by Quest specimen received only with my name and DOB but no info who was sending sample no wonder I have not had results . No happy at all
I was overcharged for my visit due to a "mistake" made by the receptionist and when I tried to get it corrected, RAY the supervisor said they don't fix their staff's mistakes and that I just was not understanding how mistakes happen and that they would not refund anything although it was not my fault.
My experience with the nurse practitioner was great. It was horrible in regards to my prescription. The desk gal said she faxed it to the pharmacy. Four hours later they still did not have it. I had to drive back to the walk in to get a paper script. Took it to the cvs and ironically as i was there the script was sent electronically. All rhus time i was feeling sick.
After a 3.5 hour wait I was greeted by Emanuel, the nurse. He just asked asked “Epanol”? I answerEd “ No” and eventually he mumbled something that I couldn’t understand. I asked him what did he say and he said “your blood pressure is high”. That was our whole interaction. No “hi” no “bye” nothing else. He didn’t even looked at me. After writing on the intact paperwork and informing the healthcare worker of a medication allergy I have, I was prescribed medication in the same family. I had an allergic reaction to the medication, still had the symptoms, and had to be seen by someone else. Horrible mistake the practitioner made. This confirms the reason why urgent care centers have a less than favorable reputation.
I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for my 3 year old son to get covid testing. I made my appointment days in advance and it was scheduled at 12:15pm. I spoke with two people the day before to confirm my appt and to make sure I arrived on time with my paperwork completed, which I did. We waited for 3 1/2 hours to be seen. That is absolutely absurd. It was terrible cause the white receptionist was very rude and unprofessional
Over 3 hours standing outdoors in over 95 degrees temperature with blaring sun only to get a number to come back in the evening.
Cannot wait 2 weeks for covid 19 test
