I got to TGH Urgent Care on lumsden about 6:50pm. Ther approximately 3 people waiting and I think 1-2 after me. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with friends she looked at me and said yeah what do you want, I told her I’d like to see a provider for my lower back, I’m in pain . The people before me were called back between 7:15-7:30. Great I’ll be seen next . Excellent and perfect
The doctor didn’t examine me fully. Care given was poor. No one assisted me with the wheelchair
So I requested a medical test for my DOT requirement. Took a saturday to do so... so I will have paperwork ready for Tuesday. Even when I was clear what it was for TGH gave me the wrong paperwork. Lost a day of work and my DOT appointment. Was force to back to get the correct paperwork since when I got customer service they refuse to have the correction sent to de DMV. Went back to TGH at Gunn Highway and they say they no longer handle my situation.. I was force to contact fast track and an email was given to me... and ask... read more
Three hour wait. ARNP wrote incorrect Rx which was discovered when I went to pick it up. Called the following day requesting correction and was told ARNP would call me back...that was four days ago. No call received.
Worst ever. Waited for an hour outside because DR never showed, received bad diagnosis from a nurse, and had to fight to get them to bill insurance company. 5 phone calls and they have access to my portal which lists my insurance. INEMPT all the way around. Never going back!
Went to st Pete location which had no wait, but was sent away due to no X-ray tech. Went to Tampa/ gandy location and waited almost 2 hours to be seen.
Left clinic without being told next steps or when turn to work information. Was also given bacterial antibiotics when I had the flu. Something seemed wrong there…
