Worst experience at Urgent Care ever received. Refused care, but then billed for full office visit; then went into dispute due to erroneous billing processes; caused a significant amount of time to resolve. Zero patient care…all about $$$
The worst most uncompassionate an lack of empathy APRN checked my daughter in after brain surgery here she has no business dealing with patients. The time was 12:15 today April 2. 2025
I am very upset with the response I got at this location. We showed up prior to closing time and the employees at the front desk turned us away because it was “too close to closing time.” It’s very disappointing that they are turning people away because they want to go home.
On the 3rd and 4th of this month I’ve been harassed and blocked from timely medical treatment by your check in person at the 4505 Gunn Highway location. I’ve visited previously with a great experience. The check in associates name begins with a K. Twice I’ve made attempts to get a follow up from the previous visit on the 26th of this month. I called to ask a question about services as the website shows one thing but the automated system says no. I have been on hold for 74 minutes as of now with no answer. They are open for another 4 hours but they are 25 minutes away from me. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I do not recommend this location . I was trying to avoid an ER visit but apparently that won’t be happening
The wait was at least 3 hours. The Radiologist was rude. Thank God I was able to get my child’s results in 5 days! 😆
Waiting to be seen for over an hour with my kid having fever , no triaging or priorities to see patients based on urgency or severity. They freshly told me we had to wait our turn even when my kid was shaking with high fever and no one cared to considering him as a priority over other adults in the room that perhaps had a less severe condition, no one checked to establish priorities despite my begging and crying for help and medical attention. Waited 2 hours just to have ears cleaned out. I ARNP and one lpn
I visited this location twice in twice in three days for what I thought was COVID or the flu. I tested negative and they told me to go home and rest. I endured two days of real severe body pain and a fever of 103.7 that would not go down. They checked me out and said I should go to the ER. The ARNP wanted me to go by ambulance but my husband brought me instead. half-heartedly went thinking they were going to do a bunch of tests, rack up a huge bill only to tell me it must be a virus so I should rest and drink lots of fluids... read more
