What a poorly operated business! I went to TGH urgent care in Lithia. Before being seen asked if they have X-ray machine and tech working, was told yes. Seen by provider and then sent to X-ray….where machine was not working! They then sent me to Apollo Beach TGH urgent care - where I was told yes they have X-ray but don’t have a tech working. Trinity at Starkey location.. This place was recommended so figured I’d try it out. The person at the desk said you didn’t take my insurance, even though it’s listed on your website. He didn’t offer to double check or offer any solutions. I was not up to arguing, so I left & went to a different UC/Walk-in. Not a good first impression..as a Customer Service Mngr in the industry it was very disappointing to see this is how you “care” for your patients.
Meera Ghayal is incapable of providing unbiased healthcare. She was rude, she lacks basic listening skills. She does not let one speak or even finish a sentence before she starts making comments. Some comments are rude and unnecessary. I find this doctor unhelpful and rushed.
The P.A. who treated me prescribed a medication that I later found out had a known and severe interaction with a medication I normally take and had disclosed to him. After having a severe reaction in the middle of the night, I had to be rushed to the ER.

I was obviously sick, or wouldn't have come there. I was informed that it would be a two hour wait but needed care so I chose to wait. I had already tested positive for Covid at home, but all I needed was the meds. There was no place to isolate myself, even though I did have masks on. I felt miserable and asked if I could just go sit in my car, which was a second away the door. I asked the office staff if they could just call me on my cell phone when I was ready for being seen. I had a 1:15 Appointment and it took 1 hour to be called then I was seen by a PA and not a doctor. Her manner was very curt with no personality.
Usually I don’t leave reviews and I especially don’t like leaving bad ones. The people at the front desk were so kind and the person who took me back was also so kind. I went here after being sick for a month with coughing, fatigue, no taste and smell, severe body pain, nausea, etc. The doctor told me I was not sick and just had heart burn. I had to ask for them to prescribe me cough medicine. It has been close to a week since going and I have since only gotten worse and am now suffering a fractured rib from all the coughin... read more
