Meera Ghayal is incapable of providing unbiased healthcare. She was rude, she lacks basic listening skills. She does not let one speak or even finish a sentence before she starts making comments. Some comments are rude and unnecessary. I find this doctor unhelpful and rushed.
The P.A. who treated me prescribed a medication that I later found out had a known and severe interaction with a medication I normally take and had disclosed to him. After having a severe reaction in the middle of the night, I had to be rushed to the ER.

I was obviously sick, or wouldn't have come there. I was informed that it would be a two hour wait but needed care so I chose to wait. I had already tested positive for Covid at home, but all I needed was the meds. There was no place to isolate myself, even though I did have masks on. I had a 1:15 Appointment and it took 1 hour to be called then I was seen by a PA and not a doctor. Her manner was very curt with no personality.
Usually I don’t leave reviews and I especially don’t like leaving bad ones. The people at the front desk were so kind and the person who took me back was also so kind. I went here after being sick for a month with coughing, fatigue, no taste and smell, severe body pain, nausea, etc. The doctor told me I was not sick and just had heart burn. I got to TGH Urgent Care on lumsden about 6:50pm. Ther approximately 3 people waiting and I think 1-2 after me. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with friends she looked at me and said yeah what do you want, I told her I’d like to see a provider for my lower back, I’m in pain . The people before me were called back between 7:15-7:30. Great I’ll be seen next .
