I needed to visit the clinic 2 times this past week. Both experiences were perfect. The women working the front desk on Wednesday were so very friendly and helpful. I saw Angie, the NP, for an infected leg that turned out to be cellulitis. She was outstanding, comforting, knowledgeable and concerned. Prompt and friendly
The only issue I had was the extremely long wait. I waited 2+ hours and I had an appointment. And then when I walked up there is a sign on the door that says you are encouraged to wait in your car and we will call you when it’s your turn. I asked the front desk person if i should just leave my number or how will they contact me. She was pretty snippy and said “no!
